Could you be the full-time Verification Engineer in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your verification and validation expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our systems, contributing directly to the success of our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as System Leaders, V&V leaders, and project engineering teams), analyze design data, and ensure adherence to the Verification and Validation (V&V) cycle and overall project lifecycle. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of analyzing data related to Change Requests (evolutions and anomalies) and defining the project and program verification strategy, but also ensure that verification processes and deliverables align with the V&V Plan.
We’ll look to you for:

Contributing to the definition and implementation of the project and program verification strategy

Collaborating with System Leaders and V&V leaders to understand the scope of activities, planning, and workload estimations

Performing design data analysis

Handling projects independently

Adhering to the V&V cycle and overall project lifecycle

Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct

Engineering degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Science

5+ years of relevant experience

Knowledge of CBTC (Communication-Based Train Control) signalling systems

Experience in design verification and validation

Proficiency in working with system data tables, control tables, scheme plans, and platform documents

Strong system engineering knowledge

Excellent analytical skills

Proven problem-solving and problem-setting abilities

A strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines

Strong English communication skills
