Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your embedded systems expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside motivated and collaborative teammates.

You'll play a key role in delivering validation campaigns that ensure our systems meet the highest quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including system, project, product, quality, and safety teams, contributing to global V&V strategies, and designing and performing tests, among other responsibilities.

You’ll specifically take care of specifying, designing, and validating test environments and tools, but also investigating and resolving defects identified during testing.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Contributing to global V&V strategy definition and collaborating on V&V plans

  • Specifying and designing test architecture and test cases

  • Preparing and performing test sessions, including creating test reports and change requests

  • Conducting customer acceptance tests and participating in site tests, if applicable

  • Performing SW/SW and HW/SW integration and validation

  • Managing V&V work products under configuration management

  • Ensuring test traceability against requirements

  • Collaborating on workload estimation and scheduling alignment


All about you

  • Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Engineering – IT, CS, ECE, EEE, or equivalent

  • 12+ years of experience in the verification and validation of complex embedded systems

  • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD development, including maintaining and sustaining CI/CD frameworks

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, ADA, and scripting languages (e.g., Python)

  • Experience with RTOS (Linux, VX Works, QNX) and hardware like NI Hardware (PXI, PCI, DAQ, RIO) or equivalent

  • Knowledge of protocols such as TCP/IP and CAN

  • Familiarity with standards such as CENELEC SIL4 / DO178A / DO178B

  • Skills in black-box software testing, automating software tests, and containerization tools like Docker or Podman

  • Demonstrated ability to guide, influence, and collaborate in a matrix organization

  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

  • Experience working with European customers is a plus but not mandatory
