Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your verification and validation expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.

You'll contribute to delivering validation campaigns in real or simulated environments, ensuring compliance with test plans and test cases. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (System, Project, Product, Quality, and Safety teams), support global V&V strategy definition, and provide elements necessary to build V&V plans in collaboration with the V&V Architect, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of requirement/functional-based testing on both host and target environments, but also contribute to software code reviews, low-level and integration testing.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Performing verification activities such as specification and test description verification

  • Automating processes using scripting languages like Python or Perl

  • Managing change requests and defects effectively

  • Identifying functional defects through positive and negative testing

  • Applying your knowledge of the test lifecycle and defect lifecycle

  • Problem-solving and debugging to identify root causes in complex systems


All about you

  • Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree in Engineering – IT, CS, ECE, EEE, or equivalent

  • 5+ years of experience in verification and validation of complex embedded systems

  • Experience in testing middleware and understanding communication protocols

  • Knowledge of standards such as CENELEC SIL4 / DO178A / DO178B

  • Proficiency in programming languages like C, ADA, C++, and scripting languages (Python, etc.)

  • Familiarity with RTOS (Linux, VX Works) and testing tools (RTRT, VectorCast)

  • Experience in testing railway industry products (preferred but not mandatory)

  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
