Could you be the full-time V&V Architect in Bangalore we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your software validation expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and highly motivated team based in our Bangalore development center, as part of the Verification & Validation (V&V) team.

You'll play a key role in ensuring that our software and its components fulfill their intended use, whether in real or simulated environments. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across system, program, and quality domains, contribute to the development of validation environments and tools, and ensure seamless integration of components from various development teams.

You’ll specifically take care of defining test strategies, test plans, and validation schedules, but also contribute to standardization by reusing or developing reusable solutions.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Defining test strategies, test plans, and delivery schedules

  • Designing and developing validation environments and tools (e.g., web/desktop applications, test benches, and automation scripts)

  • Ensuring requirements traceability as per the Requirements Management Plan

  • Integrating components from various development teams and preparing validation platforms

  • Automating integration and validation tasks using scripts and batch files

  • Producing validation result reports and managing associated change requests

  • Maintaining strong collaboration with architects and designers throughout the software validation cycle

  • Applying organizational processes and standards


All about you

  • Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Engineering – IT, CS, ECE, EEE, or equivalent

  • 11+ years of experience in software testing, with expertise in requirement-based testing

  • Good knowledge of software module/functional and integration testing

  • Understanding of testing techniques like black-box, boundary value analysis, and robustness analysis

  • Experience with tools such as GitLab, EWM, ETM, DNG, DOORS, and CI/CD pipelines

  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and Shell, with experience on Linux/Ubuntu platforms

  • Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., ClearCase) and bug reporting tools (e.g., Bugzilla, ClearQuest)

  • Knowledge of standards such as CENELEC SIL4, DO-178A, or DO-178

  • Experience with ROBOT framework, white-box testing (e.g., RTRT/VectorCast), and railway signaling domain (desirable)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
