The Treasury Project Manager reports to the IS&T Treasury Solution lead and is responsible to deploy and maintain Treasury core model (Payment platform, Treasury Management System, and Trade Finance). He/she will manage the delivery of the projects for Treasury solutions and lead continuous improvement initiatives, by translating Business requirements into build configuration, end-to-end testing, Training, Documentation, Preparation to Go live.

He/she will also lead the transition to operations team, in order to ensure the availability and the performance of the applications after the completion of the projects. He/she will ease the coordination between internal and external stakeholders, in order to reach the project objectives and maintain business satisfaction.

    Role Description

 

The Treasury Project Manager reports to the IS&T Treasury Solution lead and is responsible to deploy and maintain Treasury core model (Payment platform, Treasury Management System, and Trade Finance). He/she will manage the delivery of the projects for Treasury solutions and lead continuous improvement initiatives, by translating Business requirements into build configuration, end-to-end testing, Training, Documentation, Preparation to Go live.

He/she will also lead the transition to operations team, in order to ensure the availability and the performance of the applications after the completion of the projects. He/she will ease the coordination between internal and external stakeholders, in order to reach the project objectives and maintain business satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Reporting to the Treasury Solution Lead, he/she will:
    • Work closely with Treasury Project & Operations Managers for continuous improvement activities
    • Work with internal and external Project Managers, Solution Architects, and other key business users (Shared Services, Business Process Owner) to scope integration solutions and conduct technical gap analyses of software environments
       
    • Conduct pre-study for new business demands in order to assess feasibility in Treasury Solutions, and prepare project planning according to internal/external stakeholders needs and constraints
    • Manage projects related to Treasury Solutions (Payment platform, Treasury Management System, Intercompany netting solution) and ensure smooth roll-out, adoption of the core model along with Finance and SAP ERP Roadmap i.e. Configuration, end-to-end testing, Cutover activities, Go live preparation, Training Key User and Documentation.
    • Manage and/or contribute to processes documentation during project execution and initiate enhancements on ways of working
    • Manage assessment of editors releases on new features and related action plans
    • Contribute to licenses monitoring & optimization by driven action plan
       
    • Maintain healthy relationship with Business stakeholder (Shared Services, Business Process Owner) and editors and ensuring level of support from them
    • Provide timely and regular communication to user on open cases, not letting cases breach SLA without update on cases.
    • Deliver a high level of customer service to all users and continuous communication.
    • Prepare and participate to ORM (Operational Review Meeting) with the Operational Manager
       
    • Contribute to configuration of main Treasury Solutions (Payment platform, Treasury Management System, Intercompany netting solution) and related interfaces with ERP, Business Intelligence, Payroll solutions etc.
    • Contribute to level 2/3 application support with monitoring the application support queue and address each issue as per the set protocol. Ensure Alstom Incident/Change Management process complied
    • Contribute to root cause analysis for high priority incidents, developing checklist for recurring problem and work with Solution expert on Continuous improvement initiative to improve services
    • Contribute to Internal/External Audit with relevant documentation and to be compliant with process

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications & Skills

 

 

EDUCATION

 

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology or related field
     

 

 

                                                

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE 

 

 

To be considered for this role, candidate need to demonstrate the following skills experience and attributes:

  • Minimum 8 - 10  years of relevant business/solution/industry experience
  • Experience in Treasury solutions & processes is must have
  • Experience in project management related to Treasury Management System is must have
  • Team player with the ability to form strong working relationships with clients and team members
  • ITIL Incident, Problem and Change process knowledge
  • Have a strong sense of customer service and satisfaction
  • Be fluent in English (Oral & Written)
