Alstom IS&T is ensuring for the Alstom businesses the build and support of a large portfolio of global business solutions in several functional areas. 

The Travel & Expense Functional Analyst  reports to the IS&T Head of  Finance Ecosystem Solutions and dotted line to Travel & Expense Functional Specialist. In Alstom, CONCUR is deployed in 40+ countries  (Travel & Expense and Request module). He/She will be responsible in supporting Concur application on day-to-day operations by ensuring high availability and the performance of the applications and business satisfaction. He/she will support Concur deployment along with SAP ERP roadmap

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• Contribute to projects aiming at deploying the solution worldwide,
• Participate/Contribute to all project activities: Development, Validation and Deployment of Concur Travel/ Expense/Request Core model along with SAP ERP Roadmap i.e. Configuration, E2E testing, Cutover activities, Go live preparation, Training Key User and Documentation. Work closely with the extended project team and business stakeholders
• Provide level 1/2 application support with monitoring the application support queue and address each issue as per the set protocol. Ensure Alstom Incident/Change Management process complied
• Monitor RUN activities (incidents / service requests) in partnership with the support company (Accenture)
• Work closely with the travel & Expense Specialist on the operations issues and support future enhancements
• Analyze Editor Monthly release, bug fixes and perform sanity checks
• Support Monthly windows/Linux patching/cleanup activities to ensure application health status
• Monitor Licenses closely
• Deliver a high level of customer service to all users and continuous communication
• Provide timely and regular communication to user on open cases, not letting cases breach SLA without update on cases
• Participate in weekly team meetings & Operational Review Meetings with Business Process Owners
• Maintain healthy relationship with Business stakeholder (Shared Services, Business Process Owner) and editors and ensuring level of support from them
• Perform RCA for high priority incidents, developing checklist for recurring problem and work with Solution experts on Continuous improvement initiative to improve services
• Support Internal/External Audit with relevant documentation and to be compliant with process

 MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES

Mandatory:

• Minimum 1-3 years of Finance IT experience mainly into Concur Travel & Expense Application
• Proficient in SQL and basic knowledge of Oracle DBB

Desirable:

• Experience with software as a service (hosted) preferred
• Experience with financial applications or knowledge of accounting practices a plus
• Previous Experience in ERP (SAP) or HR (Successfactor) a plus
