Could you be the full-time Train System Domain Leader in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your train system expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of train system activities while driving excellence in performance and quality. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, RAMS, certification), foster continuous improvement, and support team development through effective methodologies and tools.
You’ll specifically take care of managing a subset of the Train System métier team activities, but also contribute to the advancement of the Train System Metier in collaboration with the Site TS Metier Manager.
We’ll look to you for:

Supporting the resolution of issues and defining priorities for the team

Ensuring design reviews are prepared and documented as per project schedules

Managing team development to align capacity, workload, and skills

Forecasting site workload and identifying necessary resources
-
Ensuring compliance with Alstom Transport/Engineering rules and processes
-
Providing feedback and contributing to the improvement of Train System processes

Engineering Degree or Masters of Engineering from a university or engineering school

Experience of 15+ years in train engineering

Experience in train development projects (e.g., TPM/TSE or SE roles) for at least three projects

Experience of 3+ years in team management
-
Knowledge of train global performances, operational analysis, and functional specifications
-
Familiarity with FMECA coordination, train system architecture, and configuration management
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused mindset and management skills

Fluent in English and the national language of the site
