Could you be the full-time Traction System Engineer in Bangalore, KA.
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your electrical engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and solution-oriented teammates. You'll define the architecture and functionalities of traction drives or auxiliary converter systems, technically leading engineering studies to achieve compliance with initial performance requirements. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Product Technical Managers, RAMS engineers), optimizing transverse requirements and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of the technical risk identification, but also contribute to the commissioning and reliability growth phase.
We’ll look to you for:
- Collecting and allocating technical requirements from various sources
- Defining system architectures and functionalities
- Ensuring consistency and compatibility across specifications
- Leading system design reviews and building Product Breakdown Structures
- Defining and participating in validation strategies
- Supporting project execution with technical solutions and QCD improvements

- Master's degree in electrical engineering
- Experience or understanding of traction and/or auxiliary converter engineering with 8 years of experience.
- Knowledge of product and system architecture design
- Familiarity with project management and risk mitigation strategies
- Proficiency in English
- A certification in project or engineering management (beneficial)
- Adaptability to work in a multicultural global environment
