Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in certification and validation to a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic, collaborative, and innovative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful certification and validation of traction systems during project execution. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Traction System Engineers, Project Core Teams, Certification and Validation Managers/Engineers, and RS Project Teams), collaborate with external stakeholders (suppliers, test labs, infrastructure partners, customers, and authorities), and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
You’ll specifically take care of creating and maintaining the Traction Validation Plan and Traction Validation Management Plan, but also oversee test execution, reporting, and validation scheduling.
We’ll look to you for:
- Promoting continuous improvement initiatives within your team
- Implementing standard processes, methodologies, and tools to ensure efficient certification and validation
- Collaborating with the Traction Validation Skill Leader to develop validation plans at the tender level
- Ensuring timely issue of validation proofs and consolidating validation files
- Providing structured feedback to enhance costing activities and enrich the Certification and Validation technical repository
- Managing validation activities, schedules, and sequences to align with traction design and test availability
All about you

- Degree in BE Electrical or Electronics, with 8+years of experience in system validation.
- Expertise in model based system validation, body control modules and power train systems.
- Experience in team and project management (1 to 3 years, depending on team size and complexity)
- Knowledge of traction systems, including system analysis and railways (minimum 2 years)
- Familiarity with planning tools and test organization
- Understanding of standards and regulations
- Knowledge of Work Package Management
- Required electrical habilitation levels (e.g., B2V - B2V Essai - BE Essais - BR - BC, H2V - H2V Essais - HE Essais – HC)
