Could you be the full-time Project Portfolio Manager in our Traction Project Organisation we’re looking for Bangalore,KA.

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside resourceful, innovative, and committed teammates.

You'll manage and coordinate a portfolio of projects, ensuring the highest standards of Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP). Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and more), allocate project management resources, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of deploying bid and project processes on site, but also oversee competency development activities for your team.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Strategic portfolio coordination and risk management
  • Resource allocation and project team management
  • Operational support to ensure project success
  • Process deployment and continuous improvement
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and team development
  • Performance measurement and reporting

  • Degree in Business Management or Engineering
  • Experience or understanding of project and bid management
  • Knowledge of the business and industrial environment

  • A Project Management certification (IPMA or PMI) is advantageous
  • Strategic vision and management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
