We’ll look to you for:

  • Leading tender preparation activities from RFP issuance to bid submission

  • Analyzing RFPs and preparing key commercial and pre-qualification/eligibility summaries

  • Conducting internal gate reviews (WNG, TRM) and ensuring stakeholder alignment

  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to highlight critical issues and preparation status

  • Participating in pre-bid discussions with customers and raising key issues

  • Preparing and ensuring compliance of tender submission documentation

  • Responding to post-bid queries and discussions

  • Conducting bid opening summaries, analyzing results, and performing Win-Loss Analysis

  • Managing tender transfer meetings and facilitating project mobilization in case of award

  • Communicating market updates, competition insights, and government/policy decisions

  • Regularly updating Salesforce/WallC to reflect current tender status
