Reporting to the IS&T ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS MANAGER, you will ensure compliance of solution deployed and overall Core Model operations in production. You will be responsible to support portfolio of applications in Engg solutions. Work with partner ecosystem, business stakeholders and IS&T stakeholders.  This role is part of IS&T organization. This role reports Solution Manager



  • Responsible for monitoring and handling the tickets submitted through an incident management system
  • Prioritize and fulfill service requests and incidents resolution
  • Troubleshoot and escalate alerts that cannot be resolved to appropriate section
  • Drive Applications stabilization, making sure that user requests/complaints addressed on time with satisfaction
  • Update progress of the issues and provide relevant information for troubleshooting or for clarification
  • Work with Technical Ops team in fixing critical and complex incidents
  • Manage ticket / issues handling end to end by interacting with required resolver groups and Editor
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to departmental initiatives
  • Responsible for improving and documenting the technical processes around application support
  • Work collaboratively with other stakeholders on problem management, change requests, managing overall issues and establishing priorities
  • Ensure the performance of daily health checks of the applications, scripts, etc
  • Build best practices of activities and continuous improvement


Qualifications & Skills:


EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering




  • Excellent Communication skills needed– written and oral
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills as work involves interacting with many stakeholders within and outside the organizations in partner ecosystem
  • Good team player





  • 5+ years  of experience in  24x7 Production support in Dassault's 3DEXPERIENCE platform
  • IT Skills:  3DEXPERIENCE platform 2019X onwards  ( CATIA / DELMIA)
  • Experience in development and customization using CAA /EKL in latest versions
  • Language Skills hands on in C++/Java, / TCL, / MQL / PL-SQL / TOMCAT / ETL tools Reporting,
  • Experience in business logic development
  • Ability to diagnose and solve application issues
  • Experience in working with multi partner /teams in production support environment
  • Responsible for performance and service quality for run activities for Engineering Applications
  • Secure hand between build and run activities for Core Apps
  • Incorporate process improvements  and KPI adjustments for solutions for Core Apps
  • ITIL certification required. A must.
  • Experience with other multinational companies and working in other geographies preferred

Location for the role? Travel? If yes, how much (%)-  Bangalore.  Travel very less . short term one-week travel to sites abroad and  in India.
