Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your AI/ML and project management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in bridging business goals with AI/ML engineering, overseeing the lifecycle of data-driven projects, and translating high-level AI use cases into actionable technical roadmaps. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, QA professionals, product owners, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution. You’ll also assess technical feasibility, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to drive success.

You’ll specifically take care of leading AI projects from conception to deployment, but also ensure the solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Leading AI projects technically from inception to deployment

  • Acting as the primary technical contact for cross-functional teams and stakeholders

  • Building technical project plans covering resource allocation, dependencies, and risk assessments

  • Assessing the technical feasibility of AI solutions and recommending architecture, tech stack, and implementation approaches

  • Collaborating with ML/NLP architects and engineers to ensure proper implementation of AI models and systems

  • Defining technical standards, best practices, and methodologies for AI projects

  • Leading technical discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews to maintain quality and scalability

  • Monitoring project progress from a technical perspective, addressing bottlenecks and technical debt

  • Mentoring junior technical team members and balancing technical constraints with business needs
