Could you be the full-time **Talent Development Manager– India Cluster** in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your leadership and strategic expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You’ll work alongside passionate, forward-thinking, and supportive teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that Alstom has the right talent in the right place at the right time. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (HR Directors, HR Business Partners, Regional Talent Teams, and Business Leaders), drive the execution of talent reviews and performance management, and strengthen career frameworks, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of building future-ready leadership and key talent pipelines, but also fostering a high-performance, growth-oriented culture aligned with global People & Culture priorities.
We’ll look to you for:

Driving the India Cluster Talent Development strategy aligned with global People & Culture priorities and future business capability needs.

Building cohort-based succession pipelines for critical and leadership roles to ensure strong talent pools and continuity.

Leading talent reviews and performance management processes to ensure rigor, consistency, and high-quality outcomes.

Implementing career frameworks and internal mobility strategies to enable transparent, merit-based progression and optimal talent deployment.

Designing and delivering development programs for leadership talent and key talent segments, including senior leaders, mid-managers, high-potential (HiPo) employees, and diverse talent.

Driving focused development interventions for women talent to accelerate growth and leadership readiness.

Championing employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives using talent insights and survey feedback.

Collaborating with regional and global teams to align and adopt global talent strategies.
All about you

A university degree in human resources, psychology, business studies, social science, economics, or engineering.

An MBA (2-year full-time) with a specialization in Human Resources.

15+ years of HR experience, preferably in the engineering, industrial, or IT industries, with at least 5 years in talent development/organization development roles within large multinational organizations.

Experience in organization development concepts across organizational levels.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills within a matrixed organizational structure.

Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and decision-making.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Desirable skills include facilitation, coaching, behavioral assessments, and knowledge of training service providers and external assessment agencies.

Certification in relevant behavioral assessments (e.g., DISC, StrengthsFinder, MBTI) is preferred.
