ORGANIZATIONAL REPORTING

Hierarchical reporting to Manager Talent Acquisition India

 

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

To drive recruitment as per the business plan within Cost, Time, and Quality for the vertical.

             

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

1. To prepare and publish monthly Recruitment dashboard of open positions Vs Budget Vs Offered position 

2. Collection and consolidation of HAF’s data

3. To collate, record and administer CV database

4. To maintain a record and status of open positions       

5. To manage and administer candidate database (s)

6. To organise and publish adverts on Jobs Online, external web sites

7. To organise candidate interviews

8. To record, prepare and issue resourcing letters; e-mail; short listing documentation; interview documentation; successful candidate documentation; offer letters; induction & pre-engagement documentation; performance review documentation etc

9. To track and prepare reports on e-recruitment activity and progress

10. To track and prepare reports on progress with resourcing processes and the filling of open positions

11. To propose and introduce improvements to the administrative aspects of the resourcing process and activities

12. To maintain filing systems and databases ( eg job descriptions, resourcing files)

 

Qualifications & Skills:

 

· Experience in recruitment administration and the use of e-recruitment tools would be an advantage.

· Knowledge and experience of IT software such as Excel and word are essential.

· Knowledge and experience in ALPS database / systems would be helpful

 

EDUCATION & Experience : MBA or Graduate, strong Experience in Recruitment with 10 plus years of exposure to the industry
