Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic and technical expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the Global Finance Centre (GFC) Operations and IT, driving seamless deployment and transformation of financial systems and tools. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Finance Transformation Team, IS&T, Tool BPOs) to identify opportunities for improvement, lead automation initiatives, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of developing internal applications, BI dashboards, and automation solutions, but also support solution design, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Acting as a strategic liaison between GFC Operations and IT/BPO teams for tool deployments, enhancements, and incident resolution.

  • Analyzing finance processes to identify inefficiencies and presenting data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Preparing detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and leading end-to-end project execution.

  • Developing and managing project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, costs, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Monitoring and reporting on project performance while ensuring governance and timely issue resolution.

  • Leading automation and transformation initiatives, including the development of BI dashboards and power apps.

  • Coordinating cross-functionally with operations and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Supporting UAT planning, execution, and hypercare while deploying training programs for end-users.

  • Managing stakeholder relationships and representing the team in workshops, conferences, and forums.

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Engineering.

  • Proficiency in Power BI or equivalent tools for data analysis and dashboard creation.

  • Experience in identifying and implementing automation opportunities using AI and other technologies (e.g., Power Platform).

  • Strong ability to prepare detailed Business Requirement Documentation (BRDs).

  • Experience in managing large-scale implementation or improvement projects.

  • Analytical mindset to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work across cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to align technology initiatives with business goals and influence change across teams.

  • Fluency in English (mandatory).

Things you’ll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

  • Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines.

  • Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues.

  • Contribute to impactful projects that drive efficiency and sustainability.
