Organization reporting: Application Design Group manager.

Network and Links:  Working closly with Application design Team, System specification team, PrSAA and PrEM.

Communication and Interface: Project solution Architect,Verification leader,System eangineer, PrEM, Design Leader.

Overall Purpose of the Job: To Deliver ontime System design baseline with desired scope and quality.

What are my Responsibilities?

• To Deliver System design baseline (SyRS,SyAD,OCD,TMS) and responsible for all design deliveries.
• Conduct internal KOM with System and design team.
• Work on defined  scope of basline.
• First point of contact for technical topics.
• To review customer input doc, Comment sheets prepare techicnal proposals and replies. 
• Attend techincal workshops with customer.
• Direclty responsible for all application design deliveries (SyNR,SyCR,RTI,SyDT,SyAP ,Scheme plan and system database)
• Analyzing the verification reports and FIVP Crs.
• Analyzing track survey measurements and other T&C blocking CRs on System design.
• Always maintain OTD with desired quality with minimum or zero defect.
• Manage Internal activity plan and complete the task with allocated budget (hours).
• Conduct quality review for each delivery.
• To follow Alstom engineering process with zero deviation..

Qualification?

- B.E. /B.Tech in Electrical,Electronics,Communication or Instrumentation/ Mechanical along with following experience/skills -

Required Experience/Skills

• Minimum 7-9 experience in rail signaling domain .
• Must have  at least completed one design cycle for any signaling project .
• Must have clear understanding on  signal engineering process.
• Must have designed interlocking schemes,aspect charts/bit chart / Signaling interface plan .
• Able to decide and design the required field devices to make signaling layout work  as per head way needs .
• Good knowledge on selecting and sizing the right kind field devices for signaling layout . Should be skillfull to  design and configure  such as -fouling points , overlap, route, stations, zones etc.
• Should have experience in interface with sub system suck as IXL/ATC/ATS.
• Must understaning of as installed BL integration.
• Should have worked on signalling specification doc.
• Must have experience of customer interface.
• Should have experience in activity planning.
• Must have worked on any of the system type - ERTMS / CBTC. Preferably in Design.
• Should have done system configuration, test procedures and produced project technical design  documentation.

Behavirol Competence: Agile, Inclusive and responsible, quick learning, Excellent communication skills (English Read- write).

Technical Competence and Expereince :

• Signalling Design, CBTC knowledge, MS office,
• 9 years of Expereince.

Langaugae Skills: Excellent English (Read- Write), Specification writing.

IT Skills: Operating system of windows, MS office, CAD (read),

Location:  Bangalore.

Travel: Mostly None.or very rare.
