OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: As a System Engineer, you will work with a highly motivated team involved in development of complex software platforms. The candidate will join with our Bangalore development center and will travel to our platform development center located in Europe. The Ideal candidate will be part of Product Development team in Bangalore.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the Program team and organization.
• Drive as Scrum Master and deliver customer commitments on time with high quality.
• Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
• Developing a budget and operating plan for the software program.
• Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
• Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance.
• Manage scope changes as per project dynamics
• Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
• Analyse program risks.
• Proven experience in program management, stakeholder management skills and team management.
• Contribute to the roadmap definition of his/her Product
• Manage, control and execute timely all developments related to his/her program coordinate all Program Work Packages to meet overall Quality Cost and Delivery commitments                 

Qualification and Skills:

• EDUCATION: Bachelor/Post Graduate in Engineering - IT, CS, ECE & EEE or Equivalent.
• CORE COMPETENCIES
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in software design, development & validation areas and having more than 8 years of experience in program/project management.
• Strong Software aligned with Program management principles (Initiation, Planning, Monitoring, Reporting and Closure)
• Financial & Change management .
• excellent stakeholder engagement
• Sound analytical skills
• Critical thinking, Decision Making & Business acumen
