• EN-SR-03: System Engineer (SE)

Purpose of the Job

Design and development of battery systems for various Projects/ applications and ensuring safety, reliability, and performance of the battery system meets customer requirements and industry standards.

Organisation Reporting

• Hierarchical: EDU Manager
• Functional: TPM

Network & Links

• Engineering team: PrEM, TxE, SE, Experts, SSE, PrRAMS,…
• Project Manager, Sourcing, PrWM.
• PU: PrEM 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., electrical, mechanical, and software engineering) to integrate battery systems with other components
• Conducting testing, validation, and verification of battery systems to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations
• Troubleshooting and resolving battery system issues, including electrical, thermal, and mechanical problems
• Developing and maintaining documentation, such as technical specifications, design guides, and test reports
• Supporting manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth production and deployment of battery systems.
• Defining applicable train configuration, ensuring coordination between various stakeholders on interfaces, performances, technical issues resolution
• Participating in technical meetings with customer
• Defining and performing Train verification strategy in close collaboration with all Engineering metiers, Certification & Validation teams and TSS Team and Participating Units
• Technical open issues resolution, from investigation to modification implementation and problem closure
• Implementation and update of Engineering risks mitigation plan, change order process and QCD optimization
• Capturing Return of experience and implementing in Reference Solutions

Knowledge & Experience :

• Graduated/Post Graduated in Electrical Engineering/ Electrcial and Electronics Engineering
• More than 3 years of relevant experience in the field of Battery sub system
• Good Communication skills
