Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your system design and analysis expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the Diagnostic and Maintenance System (DMS) to deliver customer-oriented solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, such as the Design Authority System Team, DMS Program Manager, and Validation Team, as well as conduct design reviews to ensure alignment with stakeholders, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of system architecture design and sub-system specifications, but also propose system evolutions based on project and service team feedback.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Performing gap analysis during the tender phase for System-related subjects in collaboration with Bid Technical Managers

  • Identifying and designing core developments needed for projects

  • Designing and developing the Signalling Maintenance System

  • Conducting design reviews with all stakeholders, including Development, Validation & Verification, Solution, and Project teams

  • Ensuring consistency and compatibility between all sub-system specifications

  • Defining the System architecture, operational modes, and functionalities

  • Addressing and designing cybersecurity needs for the system

  • Verifying System requirements and architecture design through modelling, simulation, and other verification means

  • Proposing System evolutions to the DMS Program Manager based on project execution feedback and maintenance contract needs

  • Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Experience or understanding of diagnostic and maintenance systems

  • Knowledge of system architecture design and sub-system specification

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and their application in system design

  • A certification in Systems Engineering or a related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
