Could you be the full-time Analyst – Ody.C Process & Tools in Bangalore we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical and process-driven expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll play a key role in optimizing processes and tools that drive efficiency across our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including engineering, manufacturing, and project management), ensure alignment with global standards, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of analyzing existing processes and tools to identify improvement opportunities, but also implement innovative solutions aligned with business needs.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Analyzing and documenting current processes and tools

  • Identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements

  • Ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices

  • Providing training and support to stakeholders on new tools and processes

  • Monitoring the effectiveness of implemented solutions and making adjustments as needed


All about you

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Experience or understanding of process optimization and tools management

  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools

  • Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies

  • A certification in project management or process improvement (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is a plus

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and dynamic environment
