Network & Links 

Internal

  • Regional Logistics Engineering team
  • Material planning, Project Supply Chain leader, Warehouse, ERP team

External

  • Supplier, transport & Logistic partners,
  • Packaging subcontractors, if any

Warehouse Layout, Sizing & Lean Flow Design

  • Perform warehouse capacity analysis, storage definition, and logistics flow mapping for E2E activity : inbound → storage → picking → loading.
  • Design unloading/loading plans covering docks, MHEs, forklift paths, staging areas.
  • Plan storage systems including HD racks, ASRS, mezzanines, consumable rooms, FG storage.
  • Define picking zones, bin planning, and MHE‑based picking strategies.
  • Design WH cabin layouts, seating arrangements, scrap storage, dispatch flows, access control, NCR processes, and lean workflows.
  • Prepare and maintain SOPs for operational activities (PFEP, lifting plans, kitting, inventory management).

Line Feeding & Production Support

  • Develop footprint and mirror zone designs, line‑feeding flow concepts, and mirror‑zone calculations.
  • Design line‑feeding trolleys and perform SML/capacity analyses to support production.

 Safety, Compliance & Training

  • Create and implement visual labels, PPE storage plans in compliance with EHS rules
  • Conduct training for operators and warehouse teams

Cross‑Functional Supply Chain Leadership

  • Define and implement supply chain processes aligned with industrial and production requirements.
  • Drive cost‑reduction, process‑improvement, and optimization initiatives driving continuous improvement
