Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your packaging design and supply chain expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and innovative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in designing and optimizing packaging solutions that enhance operational efficiency and sustainability. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including the Regional Logistics Engineering team, Material Planning, Project Supply Chain Leaders, Warehouse, and ERP teams, to ensure seamless integration of packaging designs into the supply chain processes. You’ll also collaborate with external stakeholders such as suppliers, transport and logistics partners, and packaging subcontractors, if any.
You’ll specifically take care of designing internal and external packaging using advanced tools, but also ensure compliance with global standards and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations.
We’ll look to you for:
-
Designing internal and external packaging using tools such as Catia, PLM4A, SolidWorks, or equivalent software
-
Conducting discussions with SML/PME to define delivery types, logistics flows, and driving cross-functional team (CFT) sign-offs
-
Developing packaging concepts that consider part disposition, quantity, quality requirements, and global standards
-
Performing load tests, FEA analysis, and ensuring compatibility with optimized packaging standards
-
Coordinating supplier BOM details, specifications sign-off, and global sourcing integration
-
Creating and implementing visual labels and PPE storage plans in compliance with EHS rules
-
Conducting training sessions for operators and warehouse teams
-
Defining and implementing supply chain processes aligned with industrial and production requirements
-
Driving cost-reduction, process-improvement, and optimization initiatives to support continuous improvement
