Could you be the full-time Supply Chain Specialist in [LOCATION] we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous and strategic planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll contribute to the efficiency of our supply chain operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Site Material Planning, Regional Material Management Team, Cross Functional Team), manage data analytics, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of improving On Time In Full & helping to reflect true supplier delivery performance by laising with Site Material Planning, Cluster & Region Supply Chain.
We’ll look to you for:
• Animate MIS: Region wise monthly trend on official OTIF results |
• Deep dive, Analyse & Report Site wise OTIF % break up (Non OTIF: In Advance, Late & OTIF). |
• Drive top contributing sites having poor OTIF, to define for root cause & action plan- Periodic connect to support & adherence of process. |
• Support sites with workshops on MM health & MRP parameter updating - monthly/quarterly. |
• Conduct monthly governance with regional MM connects for 2 -way communication, support & to address specific challenges if any. |
• Provide input to Monthly MCM connect with leadership team on monthly OTIF & next 3 months action plan. |
• Governance with Visual Dashboards & Monthly OTIF extraction from BO and upload file in Qlik Sense Server for Users Review |
• Support Missions based on need: Pilot for Internal Improvement, Onboarding Sites went live in GSI into OTIF Qlik Sense reporting |

Academic Engineering in any subject

Experience or understanding of Supply Chain processes & tools

Knowledge of ERP tools with a focus on Materials Management Module

Familiarity with MS EXCEL & BI tools

Fluency in English

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Strong analytical skills
