Could you be the full-time Supplier Operational Development Director and SD program in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your crisis management and supplier development expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and solution-driven teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in managing supplier crisis situations and driving recovery plans to ensure the successful execution of Alstom’s projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across procurement, supply chain, and quality departments, lead global processes for crisis management, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of defining and deploying supplier crisis management processes, as well as managing the residents program to mitigate risks, but also ensuring the consistent implementation of crisis exit plans.
We’ll look to you for:

Defining global processes for supplier crisis management and residents management

Driving supplier crisis management within the region and globally
-
Building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders for effective crisis resolution

Executing crisis management activities and implementing crisis exit plans
-
Training and mentoring teams to act preventively and manage crises effectively
-
Analyzing root causes of crises and implementing lessons learned
-
Preventively reducing the likelihood of supplier crises through proactive measures
-
Managing and developing the crisis management and residents program team

Graduated from a Business or Engineering School

10 to 20 years of experience in an industrial environment

Experience in managing international crises

Understanding of supply chain, quality, procurement, and project management

Fluent in English with an international mindset

Strong leadership and solution-oriented approach

Ability to work under high-pressure environments

Excellent teamwork and network management skills

Strategic vision and a sense of urgency
