As a Supplier Delivery Performance Manager, you will be responsible for the following

  • Audit the Supplier’s Capacity ramp-up plans.
  • Support Sites in improvement of key procurement KPIs-Supplier OTIF, ZMP and lead time
  • Support Sourcing team for Business Award Decisions
  • Support Sites in managing Raw Material availability as the first point of escalation.


  • Conduct Full Supply Chain Audit and Capacity Audit and post the same on the Supplier Quality Portal (SQP) as per the agreed road-map defined at start of year
  • Define and follow-up for the action plan emanating from these audits in the SQP.
  • Monitoring of process performance with systematic monthly review of root causes & analysis with follow up with vendors for action plan closure
  • Ensure key Supplier Relationship KPIs positive trend (On Time In Full, Parts Availability, Capacity)
  • Be the first point of escalation available to Procurement Managers in case of errant suppliers
  • Manage the Vendor Payment process for direct materials Centrally
