Could you be the full-time Studio Engineer in Bangalore we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your advanced engineering and design expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and dynamic teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in building strong relationships between the Advanced & Creative Design (A&CD) Design Vertical and engineering counterparts, ensuring seamless integration of exterior and interior components, as well as engineering parameters. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Digital Design, Mobility Design, Visualization Design, CMF Design, and Engineering teams), support data preparation for visualization activities, and ensure the timely delivery of design deliverables to meet project milestones.

You’ll specifically take care of creating studio engineering solutions aligned with technical standards and global regulations, but also contribute to the development of innovative design approaches using the latest tools and technologies.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Preparing data for Visualization Design Team to improve workflow from design to final visualization deliveries

  • Building strong understanding of engineering parameters, regulatory specifications, and global standards related to the rail industry

  • Supporting A&CD teams (Mobility Design, Visualization Design, and CMF Design) in achieving project objectives

  • Ensuring consistent and high-quality data deliveries for internal and external schedules

  • Collaborating with teams to develop design proposals and ensure timely project delivery

  • Staying up-to-date with and introducing new AI tools and innovation in design approaches

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or related fields

  • Up to 3 years of professional experience in CATIA, Alias, and Blender modelling

  • Strong proficiency in digital design tools (Alias, CATIA)

  • Passion for sustainable mobility solutions and future mobility ecosystems

  • Understanding of production design, DFQ, DFM, and DPQ processes

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

  • Knowledge of mobility design, production processes, and industrial environments

  • Flexibility to work on multiple projects with varied scopes

  • Experience in ensuring design deliverables meet required quality standards

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

  • Desirable: Prior experience in the automobile, mobility, rail, or transportation industry
