Could you be the full-time Head of Business Intelligence & Catalogue Management in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic leadership and technical expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, scalability, and user satisfaction across IT services. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (automation engineers, service request analysts, IT operations), oversee the implementation of automation solutions, and ensure the seamless management of IT service requests.
You’ll specifically take care of managing automation strategies and service request lifecycles, but also mentoring your team to foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
We’ll look to you for:

Designing and implementing automation solutions to improve service delivery

Overseeing the lifecycle of IT service requests to ensure timely and quality resolution

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and develop scalable automation opportunities

Leading and mentoring a diverse team to drive innovation and accountability

Optimizing workflows and SLAs for service request fulfilment

Acting as a liaison between IT operations and business units to align strategies with organizational goals

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience or understanding of IT operations and automation tools

Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management principles

Familiarity with service management platforms and Agile methodologies

A certification in ITIL, PMP, or automation platforms

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement
