Could you be the full-time L3 Engineer in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your advanced Exchange Online, Exchange Server, and hybrid configurations expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and supportive teammates.
You'll ensure seamless email communication and integration between on-premises Exchange servers and Exchange Online for our 80k users worldwide. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (UCC & AD L3 team, GEUC, Networking, etc.), manage and troubleshoot mail flow, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of leading mailbox migrations, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity, but also optimize hybrid configurations to improve performance and scalability.
We’ll look to you for:

Designing, implementing, and maintaining hybrid Exchange environments

Managing security best practices and compliance within the Exchange ecosystem

Monitoring system health and performance
-
Advanced troubleshooting and support for Exchange-related issues

Collaboration with internal and external teams to maintain seamless service
-
Developing detailed documentation and reporting on system and compliance status

Degree in B.E, B-Tech

Experience of 9-12 years supporting Office 365, Exchange Online, and Exchange on-premise

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and PowerShell Scripting

Familiarity with IT security and compliance measures

A proactive and continuous learning mindset

Excellent oral and written communication skills
-
Adaptability to work in shifts and relocate to Bangalore if necessary
