Could you be the full-time IT Autopilot & SOE Imaging Specialist in our dynamic team based in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive expertise in Windows deployment and endpoint management in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, solution-focused, and collaborative teammates.
You'll strategize and oversee the deployment of Windows 11/10 Autopilot & SOE services, ensuring they meet functional requirements. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Operating System, Active Directory, GPO, Applications team), develop deployment strategies, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of drafting and finalizing designs, reviewing and updating Alstom Images, and supporting the development of test methods for Autopilot & SOE images. You will also be instrumental in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
We’ll look to you for:

Building and implementing deployment strategies for Windows environments

Collaborating with various IT teams to integrate and finalize designs

Ensuring the continuous improvement of Alstom Image versions
-
Developing test procedures and managing risks associated with deployments
-
Providing high-level troubleshooting and technical support
-
Contributing to the development of new SOE builds, migrations, and upgrades

Enhancing engagement with business and IT partners

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology

over all 7+year of experience

Experience or understanding of Autopilot & SOE/Imaging, Intune, OS Migrations, and OS troubleshooting

Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11/10, Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot

Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation
-
Excellent communication and vendor management skills
-
Experience in a global IT environment and ITIL processes

Flexibility and adaptability in managing global processes and availability for on-call emergency situations
