Could you be the full-time Solution Adoption Analyst in Bangalore we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and IS&T expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful adoption of our standardized tools and processes across global sites. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (site, regional, and central stakeholders), ensure effective application of methodologies, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of designing and implementing structured methodologies supported by governance frameworks, but also monitoring and reporting progress to ensure sustained impact.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Organizing activities with a focus on capacity management, deadlines, deliverables, and stakeholder commitment

  • Ensuring participants frequently update action plans with consistent and relevant information

  • Reporting status in a timely manner by following established standards

  • Escalating challenges promptly to address difficulties

  • Ensuring the quality of deliverables

  • Facilitating adherence to processes

  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders, with a focus on end-user needs and feedback


All about you

  • Engineering degree (preferably in IT)

  • Fluent in English

  • 5+ years of experience in project management or IS&T management

  • Experience in supporting and coordinating IS&T business processes

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Strong change management capabilities

  • Confidence in delivering progress updates through clear, impactful PowerPoint presentations

  • Ability to create and track action plans

  • Proactive in anticipating next steps and potential issues

  • Autonomous in international settings

  • Optional: SAP ECC, Celonis, or Power BI expertise
