Could you be the full-time TC&IS Validation Engineer in our dynamic team located in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous attention to detail and process-oriented expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and resourceful teammates.
You'll ensure the highest level of safety and efficiency by managing the configuration of TC&IS validation and verification tools. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Quality Assurance, Project Management), oversee the delivery of accurate test procedures and reports, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of maintaining 100% compliance with EHS rules, particularly regarding activities performed on train and test benches, but also manage the validation status of change requests, ensuring all statuses are up-to-date in the CR database.
We’ll look to you for:

Ensuring full compliance with EHS rules in all validation activities

Managing the configuration of TC&IS validation and verification tools

Delivering accurate and timely TC&IS test procedures and reports
-
Executing configuration management of Verification & Test deliverables within the database
-
Keeping the validation status of change requests current and reflective of test procedures

Addressing all non-conformities in test reports related to change requests

Driving continuous improvement and learning from experience (ReX) from previous projects

Degree in Engineering or a related field

Experience or understanding of validation processes in a technical environment

Knowledge of configuration management principles
