Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your software development expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a highly motivated and innovative team.
You'll contribute to the development of complex embedded solutions and play a critical role in delivering software modules by ensuring detailed design, implementation, and testing. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including software architects, designers, and verification and validation (V&V) teams. You will also support programs to meet Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of the integration of software modules and perform detailed design and coding, but also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment throughout the software design cycle.
We’ll look to you for:

Contributing to the elaboration of software specifications and architecture in collaboration with the software architect

Performing integration of software modules
-
Developing software modules, including detailed design, coding, and testing
-
Setting up and maintaining the software development toolchain
-
Conducting software module tests and verifications of deliverables
-
Supporting software and hardware integration
-
Applying processes and standards to ensure quality and compliance
-
Contributing to continuous improvement by implementing reusable solutions and participating in Return on Experience (RoE) initiatives

Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Engineering – IT, CS, ECE, EEE, or equivalent

12+ years of experience in designing software modules for complex embedded systems

Experience or understanding of embedded/RTOS applications and software processes

Knowledge of CENELEC SIL4/DO178A/DO178B standards
-
Familiarity with programming languages like Embedded C and Python
-
Proficiency in operating systems such as RT Linux
-
Understanding of protocols like TCP/IP and exposure to cybersecurity feature development
-
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams

Strong communication and leadership skills to guide and influence in a matrix organization

Ability to innovate and create reusable solutions
