Could you be the full-time **C++/Qt Framework Developer** in **[Insert Location]** we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your **C++/Qt Framework development** expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside **dynamic and collaborative** teammates.

You'll design and develop solutions that will cater to multiple projects across the globe, making a significant impact on global mobility. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with engineering and product development teams, cross-functional partners, and stakeholders ([e.g., internal teams, external clients]), troubleshoot and debug issues, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of **developing applications using object-oriented programming principles**, but also **maintaining and upgrading existing systems**.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Designing and developing applications using the Qt Framework

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to determine application requirements and implement changes

  • Troubleshooting, debugging, and fixing issues

  • Maintaining and enhancing existing systems

  • Converting software requirements and designs into source code

  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders

  • B.Tech./B.E./M.E./M.Tech./M.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, EE, or EEE

  • Strong programming and design skills in C++ with a focus on the Qt Framework

  • Proficiency in Qt GUI programming (mandatory)

  • Understanding of MVC (Model-View-Controller) concepts

  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL (an added advantage)

  • Experience using IDEs like Qt Creator/Designer

  • Familiarity with static code analysis tools and practices

  • Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Git, ClearQuest, RTC)

  • Awareness of SDLC models such as SCRUM or V-model

  • Knowledge in the Railway Signaling Domain (a huge advantage)

  • Strong analytical mind, problem-solving aptitude, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively

  • Excellent communication skills to guide, influence, and convince others in a matrix organization
