Services Operations Solutions Domain Lead

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Alstom Services Product Line offers a wide range of solutions for Rolling Stocks (train, metro, tramway…), Signalling and Infrastructure products: product introduction (warranty), maintenance, asset life management, digital services, component & repair services and train operations. 

The Digital Transformation organization supports the Services Operations business on major processes, such as maintenance execution, planning of activities, warranty, sales of spare parts and repair.

A set of business solutions is implemented to digitalize these processes, based on technologies such as SAP PM & SD, 3DS Apriso and Overit Geocall.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Domain Lead for DMP/SES/Interfaces will report directly to the IS&T Head of Services Operations Solutions. He/She will be in charge of a team of people managing the Core solution applications for Geocall DMP, 3DS Apriso SES and SAP External Customer Interfaces for Maintenance Customers. In addition he/she will be responsible for several innovative business solutions to support troubleshooting, operational task sequencing, dashboard and Depot Road planning.

The major missions of the Domain Lead of DMP/SES/External Interfaces are the following:

• Contribute to the development of the architecture vision, ensuring integrity of the landscape of solutions, helping to build the support with the architects and business process owners.
• Maintain and enhance the core models tools of the Services Operations solutions with the Business Process Owners and ensure a smooth end user experience for the applications under your control. 
• Execute the application delivery: rollout and release of his/her portfolio of applications.
• Build and maintain application functional and technical expertise.
• Contribute to the Support of the Services Operations applications across different Services Domains.

EDUCATION

Graduated with an engineering degree, preferably in information technology. You have more than 8 years of experience in IS&T application development in a Project delivery organisation. You will have team management experience or be looking for your first line management role, have strong communication, leadership and change management skills. You are result oriented, able to guide, influence and convince others in a matrix organization and show intellectual curiosity and creativity.

You demonstrate the ability to use your technical knowledge in collaboration with other departments to organize workshops and to collect, challenge and formalize requirements.

Fluent in English, you are eager to work with autonomy in an international environment and to face the challenges of the new Alstom.
