Could you be the full-time ISC (Industrial Services Center) Manager in Bangalore we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive mechanical/industrial engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll spearhead the ISC's mission to support maintenance and ALM tenders and projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Services Engineering, Projects & Tenders, Suppliers), optimize process design and audit, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of industrialization activities, master data and IT system setup, and ensure adherence to Alstom standards across all ISC functions.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Hiring, developing, and deploying resources aligned with organizational needs

  • Implementing and monitoring KPIs to assess ISC's performance

  • Driving collaboration and continuous improvement within the ISC

  • Structuring and developing new ISC activities and offerings

  • Executing operations according to Alstom's quality, cost, delivery, and safety standards

  • Managing customer relations and stakeholder management effectively

  • Implementing and innovating processes and tools for better integration and quality


All about you

  • Degree in mechanical/industrial engineering

  • Experience in manufacturing or manufacturing engineering in the railway or heavy engineering industry (minimum 15 years)

  • Knowledge of process engineering and team leadership

  • Familiarity with service depot or production environment operations

  • A business development mindset and experience in processes and tools development

  • People development ability and an entrepreneurial spirit

  • Excellent communication, report writing, and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in English
