As a Senior ServiceNow developer role you will be responsible for configuring ServiceNow modules based on requirements and driving them into production environment.

Also responsible for the design, development, and implementation of new applications on the ServiceNow platform. To be successful, one should have prior experience implementing and deploying the core suite of ITSM applications (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Service Request), as well as experience developing solutions across the ServiceNow platform that leverage the automation and integration capabilities of ServiceNow

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules as a technical resource with hands on development of

Application Configuration

Workflow Configuration

UI Configuration

Provide technical solution and also assist the team on technical blockers

Work on projects and enhancments involving ServiceNow

Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc) and working in a SaaS environment.

Analysis of functional requirement specifications received from Service Owners & proposing the technical feasibility and solution.

Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO and other such technologies.

Mentor field resources in implementation methodology, configuration, and best practices for ServiceNow.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

 

EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required

 

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

5+  years of related experience

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE

•5+ years of working experience on ServiceNow who has handled E2E implementation of various modules in ServiceNow

•Should have knowledge on ServicePortal and angular JS

•Implemented Interations with 3rd party tools using REST/SOAP

•Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint and presenting to senior management using data and information from these tools.

•Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise

application architecture

•ITIL certification is desired.

•Skills: ServiceNow, Javascript, Web services, ITIL

•IT Skills: Wintel Servers, networks, firewalls, routers, load balancers
