Could you be the full-time ServiceNow Developer in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your ServiceNow platform expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and dedicated teammates.
You'll be at the forefront of configuring ServiceNow modules, ensuring they seamlessly transition into production environments. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Service Owners, IT, Operations), providing technical solutions and assisting with technical challenges, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of workflow configuration, UI configuration (Service Portal), and client and server-side scripting, but also engage in the proactive management of repetitive incidents and major incidents in ServiceNow.
We’ll look to you for:

Implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules as a technical resource

Design, development, and implementation of new applications on the ServiceNow platform
-
Analysis of functional requirement specifications and proposing technical feasibility and solutions
-
Mentoring field resources in implementation methodology and best practices
-
Managing platform upgrades and maintenance
-
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues collaboratively

Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

Total 4+years of experience into Servicenow Implementation
-
Experience or understanding of ITSM applications (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.)

Knowledge of ServiceNow platform development and custom solutions
-
Familiarity with LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO, and other related technologies
-
A ServiceNow certification is an advantage
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and mentoring abilities
