ServiceNow Architect plays a lead role in the delivery of ServiceNow Implementation projects and driving strategic transformational change of solution deployment.
Responsible for the architecture and drive implementation/integration of the product.
Responsible for the overall architecture, design, implementation and integrity of the application
ServiceNow implementation knowledge is strongly required. 
Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with the Project Manager
• Share best practices and be consultative throughout the technical design of the project
• Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements
• Participate in internal projects as required

  • Maintain current ServiceNow knowledge through self-study and utilization of available training

Experience with other IT Service Management (ITSM) software is preferred (BMC, Landesk, Cherwell, Heat, Axios, HP,etc.which are the alternatives of Service Now)


  • Implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules, HR and Finance modules as a technical resource with hands on development of
    • Application Configuration
    • Workflow Configuration
    • User Interface (UI) Configuration
  • Provide technical solution and also assist the team on technical blocker
  • Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc) and working in a SaaS - (Software as a Service) environment.
  • Analysis of functional requirement specifications received from Service Owners & proposing the technical feasibility and solution.
  • Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO and other such technologies.
  • Mentor field resources in implementation methodology, configuration, and best practices for ServiceNow.  

Qualifications & Skills: 


Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required


8+  years of related experience 


  • Strong relationship management skills and aptitude to multi-task and work well in a high stress environment, both within teams and independently.
  • Strong in code of Business conduct and ethics, Professional, Punctual and sticking to time lines for work assigned or picked up
  • Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities.
  • Active listener, respects others' point of view and takes ownership of contributing the required input whilst demonstrating strong communication skills (written, interpersonal and presentational) Experience and understanding performance and capacity requirements
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity                                                     


  • Experience on ServiceNow handling E2E implementation of various modules in ServiceNow
  • Experience on ServiceNow App Engine and the HR Module
  • Should have knowledge on ServicePortal and angular JS  
  • Implemented Interations with 3rd party tools using REST/SOAP  
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint and presenting to senior management using data and information from these tools.
  • Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture
  • ITIL certification is desired
  • Skills: ServiceNow, Javascript, Web services, ITIL
  • IT Skills: Wintel Servers, networks, firewalls, routers, load balancers
