We’ll look to you for:

  • Leading and achieving financial targets, cost improvements, and operational efficiencies within the Global Finance Centre.

  • Strengthening the finance capability and fostering a culture of inclusion, diversity, and operational excellence.

  • Driving transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, including process standardization, automation, and innovation.

  • Managing project controlling operations, including budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization.

  • Developing and deploying governance practices, analytical insights, and system solutions for enhanced performance.

  • Building strong partnerships with regional stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.

  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.

  • Chartered or Cost Accounting qualification.

  • Knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint, with a continuous improvement mindset and drive for automation.

  • Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Experience in business partnering and driving successful initiatives in a matrix environment.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
