We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • 10-12 years of experience in IT, digital companies, software development, or startups

  • Extensive experience with data processing and software development in Python or Java/Scala environments

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP (desirable)

  • Understanding of network and security protocols such as SSL, certificates, IPSEC, Active Directory, and LDAP (desirable)

  • Good understanding of the Apache open-source ecosystem (desirable)

  • Understanding of MLOPS
  • Fluent English; French is a plus

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
