Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your accounting and finance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside supportive and collaborative teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless inter-company processes and accurate financial management. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Sourcing, Supply Chain, Country/Region Treasury), liaise with external stakeholders such as banks, and ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures.

You’ll specifically take care of inter-company processes, order-to-cash activities, and settlement, reconciliation, and reporting, but also support process standardization and knowledge transfer initiatives.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Managing inter-company processes, including document validation, invoice processing, litigation handling, and payment execution.

  • Handling order-to-cash activities such as sales order management, invoice issuance, and payment adjustments.

  • Overseeing settlement, reconciliation, and reporting, including inter-company reconciliations and accruals.

  • Adhering to set processes, SOPs, and controls in daily operations.

  • Performing root cause analysis on critical issues and implementing corrective actions.

  • Contributing to the standardization of processes and training new hires.

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • Experience or understanding of inter-company financial processes.

  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

  • Familiarity with accounting tools and ERP systems.

  • Proficiency in English (mandatory).

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Capacity to adapt to a changing environment with a proactive and positive approach.
