Could you be the full-time Senior Analyst - FP&A in Bangalore we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your financial analysis and strategic planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the financial health and strategic alignment of our corporate functions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as regional and central leads, product line teams, and corporate functions), support strategic decision-making processes, and contribute to the successful implementation of global projects and initiatives.

You’ll specifically take care of month-end closing and reporting activities, but also support the preparation of forecasts and budgets.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring accurate and timely month-end closing and reporting activities

  • Supporting the functions in preparing their forecasts and budgets

  • Ensuring adherence and accountability to financial targets

  • Adapting analytical structures to align with function needs

  • Contributing to the design of strategic roadmaps

  • Supporting process and tool roll-outs associated with transformation projects

  • Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Intelligence

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role

  • Relevant background in accounting, reporting, and audits

  • Experience with SAP, MS Office, consolidation, reporting, and business intelligence tools

  • Fluency in English

  • Strong team player with a clear analytical mindset

  • Accuracy, accountability, and strong controlling skills

  • Sense of urgency and priority management

  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and proactive approach

  • Energetic and self-motivated with enthusiasm to grow with the company
