Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your financial planning and analysis expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

You'll play a critical role in providing a fair and comprehensive view of Alstom’s performance through accurate financial data analysis and insights. You’ll specifically take care of financial data collection, processing, and analysis, but also contribute to budgeting and monthly reporting activities for all cash-related items.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring all financial data is collected, processed, and analyzed in a timely manner

  • Preparing actual financial results and forecasts, comparing them with budgets and plans, and conducting variance analysis

  • Providing early warning signals and generating timely insights for business decision-making

  • Improving and streamlining finance processes and planning

  • Maintaining and enhancing financial analytical reporting systems

  • Analyzing key cash KPIs such as free cash flow, EBIT to cash, operating working capital, overdues, and down payments

  • Managing forex-related activities, including hedging relations and reporting FX exposure

  • Participating in the preparation and presentation of monthly business reviews

  • Controlling indirect cost centers, overhead, and contract reporting

  • Collaborating with Region Finance Analysts and functional controllers to ensure alignment with the Group strategy

  • Establishing close working relationships with Treasury, Tax, Accounting & Consolidation, and Investor Relations teams

  • Identifying potential cost-saving opportunities or margin improvements and detecting trends and KPI evolutions
