Could you be the full-time Technical Expert of Salesforce Services Solutions in our Digital Transformation organization we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive Salesforce expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and dedicated teammates.

You'll contribute to the design and technical architecture of our Salesforce applications, ensuring alignment with our core model and supporting global project rollouts. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (ERP, Engineering, Digital), manage the technical design of Salesforce Service solutions, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of documenting technical core models, leading development and release management activities, but also interacting with operations teams to provide technical expertise.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Managing and implementing technical designs aligned with business strategy

  • Ensuring the integrity and evolution of the Salesforce Services Solutions’ Technical Core Model

  • Presenting solution documentation to diverse audiences

  • Leading development activities and supporting the development team

  • Contributing to the delivery of core model evolution in line with business objectives

  • Supporting application rollouts and ensuring adherence to the core model


All about you

  • Degree in engineering, preferably in information technology

  • 7+years of Experience or understanding of Salesforce ecosystems

  • Knowledge of IT solutions for Customer Services

  • Familiarity with data management and ETL concepts

  • A Salesforce certification (Administrator, Platform Builder I, Service Cloud Consultant)

  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
