Could you be the full-time Technical Specialist of Salesforce B2B Commerce Solutions in our Digital Transformation organization we’re looking for?

In this role, you will contribute to the design, functional evolution, and technical architecture of our Salesforce applications across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud and Experience Cloud. You will ensure alignment with our global core model while supporting major project rollouts and partnering with transversal teams such as ERP, Engineering, Digital, Operations, and Customer Service.
 
You will play a key role in documenting and strengthening our Technical & Functional Core Model, leading development and release activities, and providing deep functional and technical expertise to support business stakeholders.
 
We’ll look to you for: 
  • Manage, design, and implement functional and technical solutions aligned with business strategy and the global Salesforce Core Model.
  • Safeguard the integrity, scalability, and future evolution of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, B2B Commerce Cloud platforms.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear, scalable, and well‑architected technical and functional designs.
  • Prepare and present solution documentation to business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross‑functional groups.
  • Lead and support development efforts, providing technical direction to internal and external development teams.
  • Design, develop, debug, unit test, and document Salesforce B2B Commerce applications following established coding standards.
  • Build and customize LWR Sites, CMS, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Experience/Commerce Cloud features, including B2B Commerce community components.
  • Implement Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch jobs, and Scheduler classes to support automation and complex business logic.
  • Develop and manage Salesforce Flows (Record‑triggered, Auto‑launched, Schedule‑triggered) and enhance standard checkout or business flows.
  • Apply strong validation rules, exception handling, and UX enhancements such as toast notifications and guided error messaging.
  • Perform data loading and maintenance using Data Loader, Workbench, and other Salesforce administration tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Salesforce platforms with a focus on stability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Ensure code quality, reusability, and compliance with security and development best practices, using GitLab for version control and CI/CD.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and cross‑functional partners to analyze gaps, propose enhancements, and drive scalable improvements.
  • Contribute to ongoing enhancements of the global Salesforce Core Model to meet evolving business needs.
  • Support global and regional rollout initiatives, ensuring multi‑market consistency including multi‑currency and multi‑language implementations.
  • Ensure alignment between Salesforce platforms, ERP systems, and customer‑facing digital solutions for seamless end‑to‑end processes.
  • Maintain consistent adherence to global design principles and deployment standards across all markets and rollout waves.

  • Engineering degree (IT or related) with 6+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience.
  • Strong functional and technical expertise across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and B2B Commerce Cloud.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce development: Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, data modelling, and declarative automation.
  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth/SSO, Connected Apps, and Platform Events.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce architecture, security model, permission sets, profiles, and sharing rules.
  • Experience with data management tools and concepts (Data Loader, Workbench, ETL/ELT).
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD, release management, version control (Git/GitLab), and agile delivery using JIRA.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills; able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Mandatory Salesforce Certifications:  Platform Developer I (PD1), B2B Commerce Cloud
  • Additional certifications (System/application Architect, Experience Cloud) are a strong plus.
