Responsibilities :
As an SES specialist, you are in charge of :
-
Contributing to the continuous improvement of ALSTOM’s SES (Service Execution System) Core Model.
-
Leading external partners during run activities, ensuring high-quality service and continuous improvement of operations.
-
Supporting BPOs in the requirements gathering phase.
-
Analyzing business requirements and converting them into functional service execution processes.
-
Supporting architects and project managers in project scoping and planning.
-
Preparing test scenarios and performing end-to-end testing to validate compliance with business requirements.
-
Ensuring that the SES Core Model (solution, processes & rules) is fully documented, evolves consistently, and remains aligned with corporate standards.
-
Bringing innovation into the Core Model evolution in line with métier strategy (e.g., NLP, predictive maintenance, scheduling optimization).
The SES application functional flows includes: Corrective, preventive, overhaul, and repair-to-stock service execution.
Education :
Engineering degree, preferably in Information Technology.
Experience :
-
Minimum 5 years of development and configuration experience on Dassault Apriso solution (v2022 or higher).
-
Proven track record in maintenance-related processes (configuration management, corrective/preventive maintenance).
-
Experience in leading external partners in their run activities across multiple sites is a strong asset.
Skills :

Self-starter, result-oriented, and able to work autonomously.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for worldwide, multicultural environments.
