Could you be the full-time SC2 Material Planner in our Supply Chain Solutions Centre we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive supply chain and materials management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll create Material Planning documents in GSI (Alstom ERP Solution) and communicate delivery requirements to suppliers. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with internal teams such as Site Material Planners and Buyers, and external networks, ensuring the right information is available for reference, coordinating tasks within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA), and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of receiving supplier delivery confirmations and acting as a representative of the site when interacting with suppliers, but also engage in end-to-end material planning.
We’ll look to you for:

Creating and managing Material Planning documents

Communicating effectively with suppliers and internal teams

Coordinating with networks to execute tasks within SLAs

Representing the site in supplier interactions
-
Conducting end-to-end material planning
-
Ensuring accurate information in our ERP system for planning and analysis

Degree in B.E/B.Tech in any subject (Supply Chain preferred)

Experience or understanding of supply chain processes & tools

Knowledge of ERP tools with Materials Management Modules

Familiarity with Material Requirement Planning and MIS extraction

A certification in supply chain management (advantageous)

Strong collaboration and communication skills
-
Proficiency in English and analytical skills
-
Experience with MS EXCEL & BI tools
-
Prior experience in Shared Services Centre/remote working (desirable)
