You'll contribute to the efficiency of our supply chain operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business(Site MP Manager, Site Industrial Planning manager, Site SC heads & Finance teams), manage hard inventory processes, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of Hard inventory reporting & RM governance & reduction for cluster / region.
We’ll look to you for:
- Analyse current HI Level and Drive for RM reduction
- Monitor GSI parameters on regular basis and drive sites for optimization
- Automation of RM reporting
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to improve RM coverage
- Develop and maintain inventory reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develop & Maintain inventory management processes and procedures
- Monitor and analyse inventory trends and patterns to identify opportunities for improvement

- BE / B.Tech / Academic degree in any subject; Supply Chain preferred
- Minimum Experiance of 4 years in SC Data Analytics & inventory management
- Experience or understanding of Supply Chain processes & tools
- Knowledge of ERP tools with a focus on Materials Management Module
- Experience with MS EXCEL, VBA, & Power BI tools
- Fluency in English
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
