PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

OVERALL :

SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Customer (CS) Deployment Specialist role is to ensure that business activities follow the defined core model. This includes ERP solution as well as non-ERP solutions like Service Execution Systems & integration with multiple customer applications. You will need to interact with internal and external stakeholders.  In order to respond to our increased number of sites, which is a result of our accelerated deployment roadmap, we are looking for a SAP PM and CS deployment expert role to integrate our team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES :

As an ERP Plant Maintenance and Customer Deployment Specialist, you are in charge on your functional scope to :

  • Be the point of contact of Plant Maintenance and Customer Services Stream for every deployment project and activities.
  • Ensure good execution of the rollout projects in term of planning and deliverables and periodic reporting of these activities.
  • Ensure that rollout projects are delivered on time and with good quality of deliverables.
  • Arbitrate on decisions and be responsible of the consistency of the deployed solution.
  • Participate to rollout execution
    • Assess and define scope including org structure, functional scope, applicative landscape, and local gaps (contractual and regulatory)
    • Design, Build and Test Solution (Core + Localization+ Auth + Batch)
    • Deploy Application landscape
    • Assess and define data migration & cleansing strategy
    • Support Key users for data mapping and migration
    • Train Key users
    • Defect resolution for all test phases and PGLS
    • Knowledge transfer to Operations/Support team
  • Continuously propose improvements of our implementation methodology

In order to be able to execute all the responsibilities’ above, you will be working with our external partners.  In addition, you will be constantly liaisoning between partners and local business in order to drive different projects successfully.  When it comes to our applicative landscape, you will be working not only with partners and business but also with other IS&T teams in other pillars. Your functional expertise will be needed in order to deliver the different projects with high quality and on time.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS :

BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES :

You are action-oriented person with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You are a self-starter and result-oriented person. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills are a must because you will need to work autonomously in a worldwide & multicultural environment. You should be agile to handle multiple tasks efficiently, keeping the big picture, and effectively delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

 

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE :

  • Language skills: English expertise is a must both spoken and written.
  • Graduated with an engineering degree / post graduate in business applications and have more than 8 years of experience in SAP-ERP solutions in the areas of Plant Maintenance and Customer Service.
  • Knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance and Customer Service is must with experience in implementation, rollout and support. 
  • Strong integration knowledge of SAP PM and CS modules with other SAP ERP modules such as MM, PP, FI, Controlling etc.
